David

David Davidov is a professional chef with many years of experience in the field of cooking and restaurants, David decided to open a professional kitchen that offers real, fresh and delicious homemade food with his personal and unique touch.

David’s kitchen operates in the Judea and Samaria area with a mountainous landscape and lots of nature in the background.

In this project, I created a custom dotted Hebrew font that characterizes David’s personal and unique cooking style, thus creating a relationship and uniqueness between the shape of the font and David’s character.

The color shades in the brand are cream and black colors that symbolize homeliness alongside professional cooking.

I chose to punctuate the Hebrew letters in David’s logo in order to convey warmth, intention, homeliness and create a personal feeling.

In addition, it was important for me to convey the character of the geographical area where the kitchen was established, we chose to design the font in a tall and elongated manner that characterizes the mountain, the height and the open air in the area.

The visual identity of the “David on the Mountain” brand is characterized by a minimalistic and delicate style that combines light illustrations of homemade food alongside nature and pastoralism, which are also illustrated with thin lines and dotted lines.
